Farmhouse ale - Brett

Last year our friends from Speciation Artisan Ales came over to collaborate on a petit saison inspired beer. We decided to referment this beer upon local plums, hand selected by our brewers at our local fruit orchard, Fruktgaarden in Svelvik. This is a brett and funk forward beer, both in aroma and taste plums quietly lingering in the background. This is out third beer in our Farmhouse Friends series
